An Official Arizona Centennial Event! Tubac invites you to the Anza Days Celebration on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Tubac Presidio State Historic Park and throughout the Village of Tubac. This annual celebration commemorates Spanish explorer Juan Bautista de Anza’s 1775 expedition from Tubac to the Pacific where he founded San Francisco. … Producers and Sponsors: This event is produced by Anza Trail Coalition of Arizona, Tubac Chamber of Commerce, Tubac Historical Society and Tubac Rotary. Major sponsors include Commerce Bank of Arizona, National Park Service and Los Californianos. Many Tubac businesses also contributed support for Anza Days.
