He will oversee the bank’s development of new partnerships with local businesses in Green Valley and Sahuarita.
Stevens has worked for Commerce Bank of Arizona since July 2007 as a vice president business development/relationship manager in Tucson. He has nearly a decade of banking experience, including positions at Wells Fargo as a business banking specialist and at Chase as an AVP Business Banker.
Stevens also is a volunteer mentor and has raised thousands of scholarship dollars for Hispanic youths.
He was raised in Nogales, Ariz., and received a bachelor’s degree in Mexican-American studies and social behavioral sciences at the University of Arizona. In 2010, he was recognized by the Hispanic Executive Magazine as a Top Executive.
